General Terms and Conditions by Travel bug :
By using the services provided by Travel Bug, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services offered by Travel Bug are subject to full payment before departure. If payment is made by cheque, the package/tour/visa component will be delivered only after the cheque is cleared. Travel bug reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:

☛  Cancel a package prior to the departure date. In such cases, Travel Bug's liability will be limited to refunding the full amount paid by the client for the package.

☛  Amend, alter, or withdraw any excursion, facility, or other type of service that has been confirmed. Travel Bug shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the client in such cases. No individual, other than Travel Bug, has the authority to modify, add, waive, or amplify any descriptions, representations, terms, and conditions set forth herein or in the company's brochure, or any other terms and conditions related to any services booked by the client.

☛  Travel bug is not responsible for failure to timely update changes or availability in special offers. Travel Bug reserves the right to change or modify any information on its website or the services described therein without prior notice, although we make no commitment to update such information.

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Travel Bug be liable to the client for:
Death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delays, increased expenses, or damages caused by any misadventure or otherwise.
Any act, omission, or default of any hotelier, carrier, travel component supplier, or any other person/agent involved in providing accommodation, refreshment, facility, or service to the client. This includes negligence on the part of any person.

Visa Conditions:
Travel Bug shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from delays in processing or receiving a visa. Visa fees are non-refundable once applied, regardless of whether the visa is issued or rejected. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the government of the country, and Travel Bug has no liability in this regard.

In no event shall Travel Bug's liability arising from this contract, in respect to any tour, visa assistance, holiday, or excursion facility, exceed the total amount paid or agreed to receive compensation for the tour expenses, visa charges, vacation costs, package or tour elements, and excursions. This includes any consequential damages or additional expenses.

Abusive language or violent behavior towards any member of Travel Bug will not be tolerated, and the company reserves the right to immediately cease all services.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our rights and restrictions. You agree to cooperate and not engage in any actions that violate this agreement.
